For eg.- high ranking officer jobs mostly state capital lone untayi - if the people from other dists are not eligible for these jobs (which are supposed to administer the entire state), then it is wrong. To be eligible for certain State Govt and Municipal Corporation posts, you need to be living in that place for the last 10-15 years, whereby you are a localite of that place.
