yes..this might be another reason... also... when u take a new guy at the same level position, u have to pay the highest wage what u are giving to the existing guy..so they keep the basic low and put the remaining on Bonus... | ||

For eg, my employer is giving 2K bonus on each paycheck. I am curious why he is doing it? On Bonus, employer does not need to match taxes? any idea?? |
