How do they distribute ? using same existing distribution system ? 3. What happens if distributor say no stock and Hoard it ? Who will address the procurement, storage and effective distribution ? Person A collects his befifits and sells it for x amount to person B, who can see them in the open market ? The Good Supplies can be replaced with substandard supplies and divert the good supllies ?
