When this money is withdrawn from Indian markets, they take their money back in Dollars and thats how the rupee (vs dollar) loses its value!!! Suffose, Congress Gajadongalu Swiss banks lo vunna 80 lakh crores of rupeees black money ni India lo ki routing chestunnaaru anukondi. Next elections lo BJP voste risk eliminating now. And suffose that m oney is converting to white (one way is put in stock market through P Note - no one can ask source of money and capital gains are not taxable). So all the black money in lakhs of rupess becomes white. Now, can this excess currency in the Indian market cause rupee value to fall against Dollar. I know inflation occurs with this excess currency but will it efect exchange rate negatively. |
