HSA ki premium thakkuva vuntundhi

HSA theesukunte company gives 1500 for family coverage.

premium for HSA per month will be $200 and for PPO around 350 per month

PPO ki low deductible and HSA ki high deductible vuntundhi

untill u meet ur deductible HSA lo Insurance doesnt pay anything. Only free coverage per year is yearly checkup

you have to pay premium + out of pocket

out of pocket = deduction + 20% after deduction.

Normal visits well you wont hit deduction it self. for nose surgery you may hit out of . try to put out of pocket amount in HSA. if it is not used , you can use it later

You do not pay anything yearly cjheckup and standard blood tests.

anything else(check up, tests, prescription) you pay from your pocket in full until you meet your deduction. this thing you ca use your HSA. But you will only pay insurance adjusted amount.

once you reach deductible, you will pay 10-20%(depends on plan). once you reach out of pocket maximum. it is 100% covered

it is just , around 3000 per year, in your pocket. In PPO, you do not get those but in HSA, you get to keep that money, but if you happen to use , use those 3000 first.
If you have small kids, or planning for kids, PPO is better. but if you have kids more than 5 years, then go for hsa.. remember , most of the plans, it is just matter of 1500 per year diff.

Check your claims from last 2 years and proceed.
