"Puppala committed multiple HIPAA violations there. (1) He had no business going to visit or reading her chart. (2) He had ABSOLUTELY no right to be taking photos of patients in the hospital, let alone publishing them. Seriously, he should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY and have his license suspended as well. The fact that he didn't even realize or care that he was GROSSLY violating HIPAA policies and his training guidelines is mind boggling to me. He did all this knowingly and deliberately, despite it being 100% illegal. He's immature trash, not a doctor, and he should not be allowed to practice medicine. His maturity level is that of a preteen.
