I have 32" inch samusung Tv here is US.Want to send it to my native place in India where we have TV with cable (coaxial cable) only.

So my question is, is there any device that converts the TV cable (coaxial cable) PAL signals to NTSC (HDMI). Found below in net.But looks like it does not accept coaxial cable input.
