If apply population pro-rata formula, which was the basis for past three new states in AP, Seemandhra is liable for 1,00,000 lakh crores and Telangana has to be liable for 74,000 crores

Experts say this population pro-rata is not acceptable in AP case, becoz of majority of the projects taken up with this loan is for T region
