good..but protein supplement (high kolity) is proven supplement..just make sure it wont have any chmicals artificial sweetenrs added

Somewhere i read that remaining protein will be drained after body use enough protein. Also this isolates are prepared in high heat which makes protein unusable .

do you buy above statement. 30g protein ki adi tagala? oo fish mukka tinte pothadi ga. .ani manesha

silaon..

I am not seeing good results and i am getting gas feeling in stoomach some times..

so stopped it forever.

I added more greek yogurt, egg whites, fish, spinach etc .. i am easily accommodating that 30g protien.

}hydrosolate is more pure form than isolate.. easy absorption by body (bioavailable form)..more bitter

yes controlled and slow negatives will tax your muscle more..more muscle fiber tear and oppurtunity for growth..
