1.Let T state apply Mulki rules to the T state govt.... When Andhra Pradesh is a separate state with capital as Hyderabad - there is no reason to follow Mulki rules...and obvoiously they will not - they will recruit from the Seema Andhra dists only. 2. If Hyd becomes a UT (capital of 2 states) then the local administration (Muncipality, Water, Local police etc) will be under the central govt which will not follow Mulki rules | ||
