not true. ongole city is booming for last 5 ayears due to seemakurthi granite business, idi varaku chala bad ga undedi kaani last 5 years ongole was doing very good. This real estate is for sale. | ||

last 2 days ga chebuhunna...same post chesadu... Ongole has lot of dry land which is not useful for cultivation which is good to use for industrials/buildings etc. Prakasam is largest district among all the costal districts. Prakasam is center between Royalseema and Andhra. Prakasam has more poor people with high unemployment rate compared other districts. Prakasam is not possible to develop in any otherway other than state capital. This is the best time to make Ongole as Capital of Andhrapradesh | ||

Anand that is true.. But we need planned city not scattered city now. It may take some extra years to build planned city but settling in already compacted city might really tough for people who are moving in. Better to get onto some city which is really shooting up for development. I liked vizag so much becoz of planning. Water resources should be another criteria. Guntur might not have that problem as it has krishna near by | ||

Its not an asset if it does not generate enough traffic to offset maintenance costs - it will become a liability... What is important is for the capital to connected with other state capitals, Delhi and within its state. BZA has been a Rail hub forever,if they develop Gannavaram and cover air connectivity , it should be good it enough... My dream is .. Hyd -Guntur -Kurnool triangle cities chesi.. easy connectivity petti public transportation ki oo level lo pedithe.. asalu Telugu valla 2ndu rastralu oo range lo develop avuthai.. India lo after hindi .. telugu will be the largest population with multiple states with too good growth. bollywood range lo tollywood too good avutundi. | ||

Kurnool: Somehow i feel that it cannot be like metro city. Ongole: you have to start from first step. No water resources. Guntur: Already packed city. Cannot get international airport. |
