My cousin bought an Apt for 80 Lakhs 7-8 months ago in Hyd - Ashoka Builders in 2-3 months the rate went to 85 Lakhs Yesterday the same were sold for 74 Lakhs is it what it is??? 10-15% depreciation in fixed assets value in a short while?? this is ridiculous |
