I have a solid idea people who have money. Out of Vizag, Vijaywada, Guntur, Ongole, two choices are more prominent Ongole and Vijayawada-Guntur center. So if you have money buy areas near Managalgiri, dont buy huge acres just 600 yards is good enough for now, if ongole becomes capital Mangalgiri is still not so far from Ongole compared to Vizag or Rajhmundry so u will get the amount u invested. Okavela capital Mangarigiri dagarlo ayindi anuko naa saami range mee investment super duper. 600 yards ki manchi apartment complex katachu so with that u can build urself nice 12 apartments and make lot of money. currently rate in mangalgiri is not so high as vijaywada center. gajam oka 15k ki vastundi anukuntuna maximum. i bought a house just one day before the split.
