Katthi:

Track: AFter one lap i am done. My heart was pumping and beating like hell. I never thought Track is so effective. I did 5 laps with some breaks and i am feeling as if i did 1hr cardio on treadmill. I never felt so much effective even when i did cardio with 9mph on treadmill.

track is always effective than TM or any other indoor cardio equip..if you get used to track you never feel like running of machines .. considering Sein points.

edo okati seyyandi vaya..just keep the heart pumping..

one thing to remmember is

track meeda if you are planning to do 20 laps...10 laps one way , another 10 laps oppsoite way lo run cheyandi..this will help prevent ITBS

if possible, steady state cardio kann interval training cheyandi or tabata .. thats proven more effective than low steady state cardio..

enjoy..stay strong

Katthi:

are you sure? I am reading opposite on internet.

well, like uppu said it depends...for some TM is easy and some running outside is easy....it depends on what u r accustomed to...start running outside for 1 month and go back to TM u might feel different
what I noticed is I run faster than i taught while running outside...my gps watch shows how much speed i run

generally its reverse..threadmill running is difficult than running outside...neeku 1st time kabatti ala anpinchochu...u will run fast than u realize on track..oka gps watch konukko...

Threadmill is easy for me. some people it is otherway. Thread mill you have controlled speed. track no control and street is more diffcult.

rebel..

I thought to maxout on the track. I do the samething on Treadmill. Sometime i run 10mph for 1 min to maxout.

I am not sure how fast i ran. I am sure i did 6 to 7mph on the track. I was done with that speed. It was so hard to run on track. On treadmill you have floor pulling ur leg. yo might not use same amount of energy to run on treadmill as treadmill does half of the work for you..

On track it is really hard man. I never realized this. Now i am getting doubt is calorie son treadmill is real?

today i went to track for first time to have change. I used to always run on treadmill and always used to feel that i am really running and burning calories.

Track: AFter one lap i am done. My heart was pumping and beating like hell. I never thought Track is so effective. I did 5 laps with some breaks and i am feeling as if i did 1hr cardio on treadmill. I never felt so much effective even when i did cardio with 9mph on treadmill.

So if you have track near by your house try one. For sure you will have best results.
