like i said earlier, jury's verdict should be based on facts provided. what if she lied about baby sitter, it makes her guilty for that lie not the murder, and so is everythign else. im not supporting Casey .. im saying Jury had no other choice here with the way prosecution presented their case. ok, is there any proof of her non-involvement in the kid's disappearance/killing? on what grounds have the jury reached their verdict? starting from the story of her 'fictious' babysitter, ever thing casey had told was a lie. IMO, whether she is directly involved in the killing or not, she is certainly the one who knows the truth and today she is walking out free. | ||

i followed this case from a long time.. with all the evidence that prosecution had, she should have been found guilty on man slaughter and child endangerment. what kind of mother goes on partying binge when the kid is missing? she's not a teenager to not have any compassion. she was found guilt for misleading cops, what does this mean? if she has not commited the crime what is the need for her to mislead the cops? | ||
