vks, very sorry. ee section lo general gaa active undadu (unfortunately body eeda health meeda dyasa unna vallau chala thakkuva mana indians lo) kabatti roju chudanu. eppudaina quoestion unte movie and movie lo vochi oo sari reminder ivvandi, ikkada disco chedham. reg the issue. dont get me wrong, as u got lot of fat u can lose weight or fat fast.konni diets xtreme untayi, u can lose fat quickly kaani aa tarvatha transformation kooda jagaratha gaa chesukovali. konni slow diets untayi , time teesukunna best ivvi. u r partially right. do high protien diet. but not only high protien, u have to consume high fat too, keeping the carbs low. when I say low , less than 50 gm per day. and maximum of that 50gm should come from veggies. limit your fruit intake too. too much of fruit is also no good. because of simple sugars in fruits.1 or 2 fruits per day is ok. meeru usa lo unte follow avvatam chala easy.ikkada piha variety of foods doruktuthayi kabatti. but please dont forget workout. without workout clean food alone wont do wonders.u have to lift weights and do cardio to rev up ur metabolism. |

Well, I am trying to do the high-protein, low carb way. B/C, in general, our normal food has lots of carb. Eating egg whites, chappathi, yogurt. And some veggies. |

crash weight loss will put the weight back after the diet. The only way you can redice weight is through carefull calorie intake. reduce the amount of food you take and continue that for 2-3 months with a proper excercise. takeout high caloried, oily food and dont even think about pizza and burger. this will help you in reducing your weight by 8-10 kgs in 2-3 months |

I have read your threads on getting 6 pack and diet info. Can you pls give me some information. I have of course, read a bunch of stuff online, and have an idea. But still, some help would go a long way. I read in one of the threads, you saying that you know a quick diet plan. I would like to lose a %age of weight fast. First, I am female, 5'3.5, mid 20s, weight 82 kilos. According to calculation, I should be about 54. So I am about 30kg overweight. I would like to lose 10kg in the next 5 wks. I have read that Chiru lost 10kg for Indira within 1 month. So it's possible. Can you give that info you were talking about. Diet plan. |
