hmmm...vaadu vachina kooda witch will get impacted more...but to your question,don't you need to be working with your petitioner for 180 days to be eligible for ac21? In that case, you have to work on your ex employee payroll for 6 months and can do ac21 emo.

I-485 AOS is taking 9 to 29 months, if I ask my ex-employer to file my I-485 (no EAD and AP) , can I move to new employer or stay with my current employer using AC21 exactly after 180 days?
