salu Yoga ante okkate. inni rakaala yogas levu.

India lo nerchukonnaanu. Okka praanaayam lo expert ni kaadu yemo kaani, 20+ poses everyday(weekly atlest 5 days) practice chesthanau. daaniki ye peru pettaalo naaku theliyadu..

I agree with you, it helps in getting the poses properly and eliminates any mistakes that could occur. Yekkadaina pattukoraani chota patteste, ER lo settle avvali malli. Kaani, videos watch cheyytam valla kooda help untundi, it helps you understand the benefits of doing those poses where a trainer may not have lot of time to explain these things in detail. Also, simple beginning poses may not require an instructor.

If you have ANMOL MEHTA videos please post them and please give a little bit explanation about kundalini and chakra...what is it good for etc...

as i said, start with breathing, then beginners (i think this is for moola adhara chakra), and the rest after that

each chakra is associated with a quality. nenu cheppe daani kante you will find many good videos which explain the importance of the chakras

Thats the first step

After you practice breath of fire for a few days, start beginners kundalini yoga

after that, start kundalini yoga for heart chakra//

He patented it, and started franchising studios in USA under name Hot Yoga. Janaalaku chematal kaari potaayi aa temperature ki, also heat makes your muscles relax, so that you can twist/bend your body bit easily. Adi matter. ante. :-)
