Hyder, if your not anticipating future India trips, then You can avoid STAMP now. But if sometime again after 6 montths,8months u need to go, then STAMP is a DUE at that time. At the port of entry, make sure that you show the CBP Officer the extension approval notice and highlight the validity dates. Then, before leaving the inspection area, inspect the "admitted until" date on your I-94 and those of your family members. If any of the dates are not correct (or difficult to read) politely request that the CBP Officer fix the problem. You can go and comeback before expiry.POE lo extended petition choopiste u should get ur complete stay according to petition. Incase POE officer refuses to give petition date, you can refer a CBP manual clause(ekkado net lo chadiva IV lo) which says I94 date should be based on petition. Still visa date varake I94 iste teesukoni enter ayyaka CBP office ki velli(later point of time), u can get it corrected. | ||
