Balakrishna - Puri film put off! Yet another, Puri Jagannadh’s project was put on hold, even before it went to the sets. The much-hyped, much-written movie in the combination of Balakrishna and he has gone kaput. Yes, Balakrishna reportedly not impressed with his two-story lines and asked him to come up with something fresh line. The film was to go to the sets this month only. So as there is not much time to come up with another idea in short time, Puri reportedly told producer Bellamkonda to drop the project. Instead, Puri Jagannadh is planning to start his ambitious Hindi film with Amitabh Bachchan as hero, to which he has readied the script long back. The film is to be titled Budda (means Old Man). Puri’s movies that are dropped after an announcement… 1. Pokiri –2, sequel to Pokiri in the combination of Mahesh Babu and producer Soundarya Rajnikanth 2. Naga Chaitanya’s film for producer Nagarjuna 3. Film on the life of former Chief Minister Late Y S Rajashekar Reddy with Rajashekar as hero 4. Several films in his production with directors like V V Vinayak etc.. |
