yearly blood work lo emaina significant deficiencies kanapadithe..you can take them..or if the numbers are borderline on the lower side..but if they are in range..then you don't have to worry..just because you are 40 or so..

also ..week ki 30 minutes sun exposure is good for skin to retain the vitamin D for 6 months anta..

so summer lo morning or late evening walks plan cheyyandi..

Omega3 ki Krill oil best ani thelchaaru anta kontha mandi doctors(fish oil knate idi better anta abosption lo).

VitamiD, VitamiK and calcium kalipi use chesthrru. Omega3 kuda calcium absorption ki avasaram ani theliyadu.

Why do you need calcium supplement? general purpose aa leka any specific purpose aa? general purpose ayithe regular multivitamin tablets will do...andulo enough calcium untundi...specific purpose ayithe better consult a doctor.
