Client letter lo it is mentioned that the project is expected to last until 2011. In the letter that USCIS sent, one of the questions asked was as to how long the consultant project is expected to last. so even if you petition is approved until 2011 and during the call if the manager says that the project during has been cut short, then i am guessing they will send another i-797 document with new date. | ||

its part of the verification process. First they email you and then call you to verfiy the contents of the email where true. i guess its a random process I myself saw the letter | ||

just for your info my colleague got his petition approved last week. this morning, his manager got a call from the USCIS to confirm that he is still working in the project and also to verfiy the documents that his manager signed on the client letter Also, he enquired whether she (ie manager) is a sub-contractor or an employee bottomline, be careful what you put in the client letter. he did say that its a random call. |
