One fine day serious decission tisukoni start cheshanu

1. Only non fat food ...fatfree milk

2. Only oats and weat . No rice

3. No sugar. No alchohol...

4. Exercise for 45 min 500 cal

5 . Eat 2 hr before sleep...drink plenty of water

6. Eat mor protien food...and fiber


Intha cheste oo sari sick ayyam ...dotter deggariki elite ...emergency rasadu Iam on diet anagaane..idly and liver danger ani oo 2 days body scan..no eating


Ippudu kanlu lottalu poyi...nakka pisulam ayyam...but fine
