I am looking for someone who has strong OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition), PLSQL, SQL skills. Database Tuning and CRM experience (Siebel or Oracle) will be a big asset. This role involves interacting with off shore development teams (Argentina & India) and functional peer group managers. This is a very good opportunity for someone who is looking to move from an individual contributor role to a management role. To begin with you will have teams in India and Argentina with a potential to hire someone in US. Requirements for the job: Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. Technical Skills - This position will include hands on technical work. Proven experience in the following areas is desired. * OBIEE (proven RPD, WebCat, Analytic report writing) * PL/SQL Skills * Database Skills (SQL Tuning, Data modeling) * Knowledge of CRM Applications * Application Express (APEX) Skills (would be nice) * Soft Skills * Project Management experience - Able to lead a project through full lifecycle * Project Manage a virtual development team with off shore resources * Technical Writing Skills - Functional Design, Technical Designs, ERDs, Dataflows, etc. **Please, do not apply or refer any one who is not an OBIEE guru.
