Jalsa, Here you go Koftas: 4 large baking potatoes.Boil and mash them coarsely. 1 cup mixed vegetables - preboiled. 1 cup bread crumbs to mix in. 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds. Mix the above with Salt, chilli powder,chopped cilantro to taste.You can add roasted cashews as well. Keep another cup of bread crumbs in a flat dish to roll koftas. Make koftas, roll in the bread crumbs and deep fry in very hot oil. Test a small piece first and if it falls apart in oil or absorbs too much oil, add some more bread crumns to bind. Arrange the fried koftas in a serving tray. Gravy recipe For half foil tray 2 large onions - ground with 4 green chillies Ginger garlic paste : 3 tablespoons Cloves- 10 Cinnamon stick- 4 inches Saunf - 1 tsp (optional) Crush all the above three together coarsely. Tomatoes - 2 large - cop and juice in the blender Heavy cream - 1 cup Heat 1/2 cup oil .Fry the dry masalas..Add onion chilli paste , salt and let it fry till browned.. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till ginger is cooked. Add tomato pulp and let it reduce till oil separates.. Add 4 cups water.. adjust salt and chilli powder to taste and let it boil.. Add the cream to the gravy and let it boil and turn off the heat. Aliens 'hijack' Nasa's Voyager 2 spacecraft, claims expert Hartwig Hausdorf, a German academic, believes that the reason Voyager 2, an unmanned probe that has been in space since 1977, is sending strange messages that are confusing scientists, is because it has been taken over by extraterrestrial life. Since its launch, Voyager 2 has been sending streams of data back to Earth for study by scientists, but on April 22, 2010, that stream of information suddenly changed. Nasa claimed that a software problem with the flight data system was the cause but Mr Hausdorf believes it could be the work of aliens.
