He will soon be visible as the Brand Ambassador for Airtel. Airtel supposedly has the largest number of consumers in Andhra Pradesh. After the record breaking hit Magadheera, and more films to follow soon, Airtel will be more than pleased to have Ramcharan as their ambassador. And we hear that the shoot for the ad has already been done! Also another thing to be noticed here is the number of telugu actors (heroes) who started to do endorsements is growing fast. While heroines always promoted saree or other such regional brands, Chiranjeevi was the first Telugu actor who did an endorsement of nationwide famous product. Mahesh Babu took over the reigns of promoting a brand after Chrinajeevi. Even Venkatesh and Nagarjuna, who carefully avoided doing endorsement till recently, have started doing endorsements too. Looks like Tollywood is going the Bollywood way, where stars promote numerous brands! Way to go Tollywood! |
