Drove Fifty Miles to Watch Simha Today at Jacksonville......Atmosphere was terrific...90% fill iyindhi..ah 90% lo 70% were Families....It was a grt experience to watch the movie amongst hardcore Ballayya fans.. comming to the movie...I wud say Above average and wud b a definite super hit...thorougly enjoyed watching most of it..... Sotry n direction: The advantage of movies with Flashback is,director has the scope to entertain Audience twice by elevating the Hero in respective roles......and Boyapati seenu Nailed it to perfection....There are movies where we seek comedy and songs for relief and then there are movies where plot demands powerpacked action sequences...Simha is one such movie where i never felt Fight sequences were profuse!! Some of the Dialogues were Simply amazing....One or two Vamsam references were there jst for Vamsam fans....If i were to pick Few i liked the ones frm Nayan very much....the Much Debated Bhoothu dialogues were not out of place ....except for the Pilla P@@@@ Hero: Ballayya Babu rocked all the way....Doctor Role exuded Grace and Elegance.....The restrained performance Frm Bala is novel and appealing to all not jst the fans Heroines: Except for nayan ...both Namitha and Sneha ullal were miscast....Its a load of crap to call this movie not suitable for Families...only risk is Ur spouse might want all the sarees and Kundan Jewelry which nayan wore!!  others: comedy is a big let down ...songs i only liked Bangaru konda...simaham anti( Ofcourse Namitha Was awful) bottomline: For fans its a Sensational treat frm NBK and Boyapati.....Other can easily watch it once MY Rating 3.5/5 |
