Agni mama vesina post ni nenu save chesanu, Agni mama vachelopu nene ikkada post chestunna. Any questions contact Agni mama/MAv/Bhiku dora.

Just follow, ekkuva dabbulu thagala pettakunda easy gaa pass ayye logic edhi ..

1. Go to pmi.org, register your self for $125+ , you can download PMBOK e-book free, also you get around $150 discount on your PMP exam fees as you are PMI member. If you dont like e-books then buy a hard copy in amazon or anyother place.

2. Just read PMBOK guide 4th edition for 3 times, First time First 70 pages in that book are torture to read, once you could complete them to some extrent rest it will be interestign to continue till the end of the book, try to allocate 4 or 5 hours per day so that you can complete 2 chapter per day. Like this you complete reading this book atleast 3 times, by this time you should be able to tell atleast 80% of inputs outputs, tools and techniques for each prcess.

3. Go to www.pmstudy.com and in the link http://www.pmstudy.com/enroll.asp#PMP
Look for
PMP Training : 40 PMI contact hours*, 4 Simulated Practice Tests, Guides and Chapter Tests on all Knowledge Areas: 30 days (1 month) for $ 129.99

Buy this access once you are ready to spend atleast 60 hours in that 30 days period, with Just $129.99 you will get your PMP pre requisite 40 contact hours, prepare your application as per the guidelines provided in this site & submit it to PMI, study all the chapters once again in this course.

Once your application is approved by PMI, pay your exam fee Schedule your exam.

4. You have 4 full tests in this site, try to write exam as if you are writing main exam, answer all 175 questions, after each test they will give the results in details in which knowledge area you are scoring poor like that .. You ahve to go back and study that area once again .. again repeat the process with model exam -2, like this complete all 4 exams.

By this time you should be able to complete 175 questions within 200 mins and get the 85% and above, you are set to go for main exam.

So for this point 4 alone, you need to spend atleast 40 hours ... exam, re-exam, preparation etc. And also you will be used for that long 4 hours exam.

Lot of my friends they used by the model questions like you and prepare very well, they used to get 50/50 iwhtin an hour then stop the preparation, once they go to the main exam, the moment they cross 1 hour they lost interest and make lot of mistakes and ultimately they fail. So dont do that just use FULL EXAM pattern.

So totally 100 hours if you could spend you can add PMP at the end of your name which is a gate pass in most of the big companies for PM positions. All the best and if you have further questions/clarifications mail me or call me
