From the Web:20 Questions to Maha-Jhooti, Maha Siddiqi:
1. What is your date of birth.
2. What is your qualification (Degree and year of graduation), please.
3. When did you meet Shoaib Malik, where., and under what circumstances.
4. What was your age at the time you met Shoaib Malik, and what was his age. If you had met him in âDubaiâ as you claim, what were you doing in Dubai ? Do girls from good families travel to Dubai⦠and even if your father was an employee (Clerk) of Saudia Airlines, and we know Airlines staff and their families get 6 free-tickets annually., so you you guys (Siddikis) may have done a lot of free travel⦠visit to India every 2 months, eh !
5. Your work experience please. Place of work and year of joining and leaving. When did you join Hala International School, Azizia, Jeddah., and when did you leave it ? Did you take pics of a 16-year old girl-student of Hala International School in the ICGSE â âAâ Levels (+2 or Intermediate) with stunning looks. How many pics of this girl did you click. Who is this girl. Name and address please. She may be called to testify in Court. Do you still have those pics. How did you send them ? By post or email ? If you have the pics., please provide same to the Police. (If Shoaib Malik has those pics., those pics can be released to the Police and to the Media similtaneously, so that the girl may be contacted for collection of evidence and to testify during trial)
6. The Marriage Certificate (Nikah-nama)., the plain form., allegedly signed by Shoaib and a few of his friends in a hotel (Chai-Khana) in Sialkot., and mailed to Hyderabad. Was this Nikah-nama by Shoaib., in favour of âAYESHAâ or âMAHAâ. Was this Nikah-nama allegedly signed by Shoaib registered and Notarised by the Qazi / Govt. Official of Sialkot (point of origin). Any document executed is not valid. There is a process, thru which it has to pass., to acquire legitimacy.
7. Upon receipt of the Nikah-Nama, Maha signs it (in the space provided for the bride)., and lo and behold., MAHA becomes Shoaib Malikâs legally wedded wife ! The role of AYESHA (the fake creation) now ends.
8. When Shoaib visited Hyderabad along with his team-mates., at the allegedly WALIMA RECEPTION (Where the Groom is wearing a âTrack Suitâ); did MAHA meet Shoaib. In what capacity. As Ayesha the bride., or as MAHA., the Aunt / Elder sister of Ayesha ? What was the excuse given for Ayeshaâs absence ? She has fallen ill â she has gone to Saudi for some urgent work (what could be that âUrgentâ work, wherein the bride leaves her Walima and runs ??) â she has gone to US (to meet whom ?) â etc etc. What was the excuse given.
9. The staying at the Hotel. Maybe Maha did stay with Shoaib Malik in the Hotel â but as what ? As an Aunt. As Ayeshaâs elder sister MAHA., or as Ayesha⦠the wife of Shoaib Malik ? Who will prove what happened behind closed doors ?
10. As regards the mis-carriage. The date of the mis-carriage.,and the Doctor/Nursing Homeâs full pathological report. From this date of mis-carriage we can determine the age of the foetus. When did Maha Siddiqui meet Shoaib last ? So that the 2 (the age of the foetus., and the meeting of Maha with Shoaib) can be cross-checked to verify the possibility of Shoaib having sexual relationship with MAHA ?
11. After the said mis-carriage (was it natural â if so, under what circumstances., or was it deliberate.. if so why ?), Maha alleges that Shoaib did not contact her., or console her. In other words., ditched her. NOW., What did MAHA do ? Did she file a complaint to the Police of Hyderabad that she has been cheated by a Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik, along with the copy of the alleged Nikahnama in her possession. WHY the hell did she keep quiet ?
12. Is it true that in the year 2008, Shoaib Malikâs Lawyer in Pakistan sent a notice to MAHA Siddiqui alleging misrepresentation and fraud. Where is that notice. What action did Mr. Siddiqui take, on such notice ? Did he respond or did he keep quiet. If he did response, copy of the response(s).,. and if he kept quiet., reasons for keeping quiet.
13. Mr. Siddiqui, Farida Siddiqui, Maha Siddiqui are showing such melodrama now in 2010. Why were they silent after the mis-carriage (or was it abortion); why were they silent to Shoaib Malikâs Lawyerâs notice, in the year 2008. They should have filed a counter suit in the City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
14. Any girl who is in love does NOT collect âevidenceâ the way the Siddiquis have collected evidence (CLINICALLY). A normal person throws away the bills. What were the reasons for such meticulous maintainence of record ? If the girl (MAHA) had doubts that she may be ditched later., why did she not walk out of the relationship in the earlier stages ? Why allow it to blossom (and the evidence to gather) ? To subsequently black-mail later ?
15. What is the age and weight of Maha Siddiqui. (to be verified by bone-testing by a qualified Doctor). Is she a Diabetic ? Lie detector tests to be conducted by Maha Siddiqui too, at the Forensic Laboratory at Uppal Kalan, Hyderabad. A team of psychiatrists headed by Dr. Majeed Khan, Psychiatrist, must examine Maha Siddiqui, to determine the psychiatric health of Maha Siddiqui.
16. Is it true that Maha Siddiqui has received some money from some unsocial elements to annoy and embarrass Shoaib. This angle to be investigated by the Hyderabad Police. Please check the bank records of Maha Siddiqui, Mr. M.A. Siddiqui (her father)., Farida Siddiqui (mother) and NAJMA Siddiqui (sister).
17. Who is NAJMA Siddiqui ? Is she a sister of Maha Siddiqui. Is it true that she was married., and she has divorced twice (Qulaa)., and is now with her 3rd husband. What were the circumstances of her 2 earlier marriages (that ended in divorce). The 2-ex husbands of Najma Siddiqui may be needed to be called to testify.
18. How many crores would be enough for Maha Siddiqui to withdraw her case., or make an out-of-court settlement. Suppose Shoaib refuses to pay a single rupee, and the investigation goes on (at its usual pace)., and Shoaib travels back to Pakistan/Dubai., with the marriage postopned., is that what Maha wants. Agar mera na hua â kisi aur kaa na ho ! Hum to doobey hain sanam, tumko bhee ley doobenge ? Is that her strategy ? If so what did she gain by all of this ?
19. Is some political party supporting Maha Siddiqui (with funds) from behind. This angle is very delicate and must be investigated thoroughly.
20. Why doesnât Maha Siddiqui come out in the open. Why does she talk from behind the curtain. She is articulate. Even if she weighs 250 kgs., its no problem. She must come out and say her version of the story. Until that happens, she will be considered a fraud, a prankster, a cheat and an imposter. (impersonator in legal terms). You have beaten Rakhi Sawant at this game of grabbing publicity. Admire your skills., but now it has reached its peak. The curiosity levels are subsiding and you are now beginning to look like Sick, perverted and negative (only intent to stop Shoaib from marrying⦠in other words.. a scene-spoiler⦠rang mein bhang daalne waali⦠rodaa atkaane waali⦠logon ki khushi barbaad karne waali). Please come out⦠out in the open⦠even if you be ugly.. or weighing 250 kgs⦠Come out⦠the way you are ⦠and talk. Or else we will pull down this IRON CURTAIN.

HYDERABAD: Have Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik quietly tied the knot at a private ceremony in Dubai? Speculation has swirled about the two already being husband and wife from the time Malik landed in Hyderabad. The five-star Taj Krishna has been booked only for a reception and not the nikah. That had many wondering whether the wedding could well be over and Malik was here just for the reception.
Incidentally, Sania Mirzaâs wedding card has only the reception date and has no mention of the nikah. However, local community members say that the Mirzas probably want to keep the nikah a private affair and thus do not wish to invite all those they have called for the reception.
This twist to the endless saga of alleged love and deceit comes at a time when thereâs talk of the wedding being postponed. Local community members say that Malikâs stay in the Mirza house prior to the wedding and Sania sticking to the cricketer despite allegations against him do seem to suggest they are not just engaged but possibly a married couple.
ââIt is impractical to assume that the Mirzas and the Maliks did not expect trouble after making this announcement of an Indo-Pak marriage that too with a Pakistani national who had a Hyderabad connection. It is very likely that they possibly got married before going public with their wedding announcement,ââ said a person close to the events, recalling how strongly the Siddiquis came out against Malik two years ago when he had denied his marriage with Ayesha.
The Siddiqui family also has been trying to find out if the nikah is over. Those known to the family say Ayesha herself has been asking this question from the time she received a call from a friend telling her about Malikâs nikah with Sania in Dubai. |
