Naa appt leasing office vallu rod pettaru... My lease documents say that I should give a 30 day notice to the leasing office before I vacate my appt. I gave 30 day notice. Today I got a letter saying that I should pay $1500 for not giving them a 60 day notice. They claim that they sent me a letter, which I never recieved. I got this letter from the corporate office. No one in the leasing office told me about this 60 days thing. My lease ended back in Sep 2009 and I have been on month on month paying higher rent since then as I knew that would be vacating my appt in the last week of Feb. In october, the leasing office guys told me that I would have to give them 30 day notice as per my lease docs. never knew about this 60 days. I am being forced to pay $1500. I want to take legel action against them for giving me a false information. I have my lease docs saying about 30 day notice. Ele action teesukovali?? evariki report cheyali?? |
