Its definitely heat ventilation issue. Either fan has gone bad or the cooling system. But I would first try to clean up the vent. Sometimes lots of dust will accumulate on the vent. And always keep your laptop on an even hard surface like a table. Make sure you are not blocking the vent.
...and I am never gonna dance again...guilty feet I have got no rhythm...though its easy to pretend...I know you are not a fool...I should've known better than to cheat a friend...wasted chance that I'been given...so I am never gonna dance again...the way I danced with you...

Mrhyderabad:

Make sure you guys are not accidentally pressing power off button

on a serious note - as someone said, it could be a fan issue. check if the fan is working properly or not.

2nd, it could be a RAM issue. If you have multiple memory chips, try removing one at a time and check. Otherwise replace the chip with your friends/collegue's and then try (There won't accept returns on ram chips i guess).

3rd, scan the system for boot/memory viruses.

backup the data and takeout the hard disk, hit hard to the hard surface and make sure that it is not usable. after that throw the whole thing (disk, laptop) in dumpster. alternatively, you can format the whole disk (by writing 0s) and then install fresh os, donate it (get some tax credit) and go buy a new laptop
