If it is completed then you might seriously consider it. My BIL's brother booked one 3 years ago for 1.35 and it was supposed to have been completed more than a year ago but not yet finished. Peak time lo they went up to 1.8 or 1.9 C i guess. Also, check the size of the plot. they have diff sizes i guess. Craigslist lo 4-5 months nundi every week oka ad vasthundi for 1.2 (negotiable) ani. Check out the size of that one too. As per my BIL's brother, construction quality wise it is very good but not as great as Palm Meadows (around the same area).
