Gajuwaka is in close proximity and infact in the industrial half of vizag....beware...naaku sontha stalam...undi....not touching it......ofcourse....born and brought up city area....//

Madhurawada kooda chaala rojulu potential potential gaaney undi poyindhi...

but now....because of the growth from the other side like Bheemili beach road

all software companies and luxury homes are being developed close to this area.....infact bheemili beach road ki.....Madhurawada ki madyalo vasthunnayi anneee.....either way.....its a good area.....to invest....but not sure about rates.....sagar and Idly.....can help

3-5 years investemnt ayithe , i dont recommned . it all depends on this telangana factor if the peiod is short.

but still gajam 10000 is lot of money .
one safe thing will be if it is a huda layout plot , so safe investement.

dont buy in vizag in acres.

many assigend lands are there arond vizag . be careful careful.

R.K Beach to Bimli.........& RTC complex to Anandapuram to Bimli... idhi triangle... future of Vizag... andhukega ... Airport move cheyyaledu... anakapalli side... Vizag lone airport develop chetshunaaru... so Airport akkade vuntaadhi....

yah Madhurawada to Anandapuram area ( 5 to 6 kilometers).... baaga potential areas.. motham s/w companies anni ikkadike vasthunaayi.... madhurawada city ki daggara(11 to 12 Km from RTC complex) so rates yekkuva vuntaayi when compared to Anandapuram.
Madhurawada already part of Greater Visakha.....

Vizag Real Estate gurunchi idea unnavallu yevaraiyna konchem Madhuravada lo rates gurunchi konchem light veyandi. I am not having the exact details of the plot but know that it is located around 1 1/2KM away from GEETHAM and it has 100 mts access road and around 1km ayay from NH or hihway.
Rate 10k per/sqyrd chebutunnaru. Looking for around 3-5 yrs investment.

Antha rate untundaa and will there be any growth around that area.
