If 8% loans are available, would it not be better to buy now rather than later at rates as high as 5k to 6k/sft

3k is the base price, including registration and other expenses u can add upto 1k.

what we are looking is around 4k with all expenses (and not going for more than 10th floor). above 6th floor he is charging 25/sft.
