This is BS...wtf is a prenup...the moment one of the parties thinks of a prenup, that is the moment when u have to drop the idea of marrying...that shows lack of trust and that shud not make way to marriage.... instead they shud bring in a more transparent divorce system where any unfairness in a marriage is duly accounted for and shud be penalized...i.e children borne out of the marriage shud be protected monetarily than people entering it.... Its a good move. Divorce itself is an emotional drain, one doesn't want financial drain on top of it. absolute BS .. the moment you package huge amounts of money with marriage/divorce .. you are clamping down on the system of marriage .. ! I hope people do not start this BS of prenups .. but if you are so concerned about societal status of women .. the family courts which deliver divorce judgements can be asked to take care of this monetary benefits for women .. frankly .. I do not, at all, see how this pre-nups doing any good for anyone - men/women/children/families involved/marriage as an institution/society .. !!!
