Drink lots of water and sleep 7-8 yrs (Lack of enough sleep makes you more hungry for food)
reduce rice
Every sunday or so, weight monitoring seyyi for the next 3-4 months.

Gadda kooralu thagginchu, OIL-FRY ekkuva unde items tagginchu (like puri, potato kooora), drink loads of water (10 litres every day).

drink: lime juice, and dont starve and keep eating small quantities 3,4 times per day
