Our victory is JAC responsibility, says TRS The Telangana Rashtra Samithi has accepted the challenge of Pradesh Congress Committee president D Srinivas that the Congress would field its candidates in the by-elections to be held in 12 Assembly constituencies, where the sitting MLAs had resigned recently. âWe are ready to fight the elections with the Congress. Let the Telugu Desam Party also come out with a stand on fielding its candidatates. Let the government declare the by-elections as a referendum on the Telangana. Then, the people will take a decision as to who they would vote for,â TRS former MLA E Rajender said.
