ya its hard at 35+ to loose and gain muscle so time padutundhi...

but morning workout is good ...day active ga gadapochu...

lets see iw ill give complete report after 2 months ..its premetured now to comment just after vigorous 10 days...yes last 10 days break lekunda Gym wella

even if you walk for 1.5 hrs your tummy will not go flat. What you need is exercise to burn the fat near tummy. It is a very difficult to burn fat near tummy. I suggest you start looking at Yoga for that, I can guarantee you that your tummy fat will start burning up before you know

besides that .. just the way u do with weights .. u got to give some muscle to your legs before u run hard ... if u r not so much in to gym and u start with 15-20 mins of jog/run ... it is better to rather brisk walk for an hour .. it builds good muscle to ur legs and then u can run with more liberty

not really wrong but you are right, when you have a huge amount of fat, anything will work.


Forget about metabolism and all that,Ultimately it is all about the Calories Consumed Vs Calories Expended equation. You should eat less than what your bodies needs.

Ravino .. just try this ... no matter what thread mill it is ..
just walk at what ever convinient speed for 5 mins and increase the speed until u r walking with long strides ... and at that speed walk for an hour ... unlike running, u dont feel so fatigued after the brisk walk ... and u can do it regularly .. if u do it for 3-4 months ... after that .. u can run for more time with less effort ...

does not matter .. it is about walking at that speed and u burn about 500 calories in an hour with just walking ... and it indeed burns calories and if u do it regularly with the same intensity .. u will start loosing weight ...

2008 August lo start sesa at that time i was 180, oka 3-6 months week ki 5-6 times lagetha, wt's lepa .... 5 pounds tagga ...

Desam wella ...sara, biryani, beedi .., but use to walk a lot but def sara boti charu, dacha, biryani ....daily 3000 calories min consuption so retun of dragon ...so ala ala year end 2009 oct desam malli biryani ...nov dec holidays ...jan 2010 soosukunte malli back to 182.., so malli start sesa 2-3 weeks nundi workout now situation is not loosing...em seyyali??
