I hated buzz... cos my name is such a common name, na email ID ki chala mandi vere vallu emails chesevaru...e.g, na email id abcdef@ gmail ani vunte, I used to get some emails sent to a id abcd.ef@gmail... idi gmail create ayina starting nunchi vunna id... I guess first lo (.) and without (.) were diff, and later they merged it or something... I was a victim of many such spam, some confused emails... and initially I used to reply saying that this is not the right person/ID... now e'one is on my buzz  ... over confidence tho proper testing lekunda products ni mana netthi meeda ruddithey this is what happens... | ||

On facebook u can make ur conversations, ur photos and all such stuff private or share them by group. Buzz lo aa option vunda? I saw that I can add/remove stuff like picasa or google reader from my what buzz sees. I didn't poke around enough to see if I can pick and choose who can see my content. Way back when gmail accounts were like gold and could only be obtained if someone else invites you, I was asked for invites and I have like 200 contacts. People I don't communicate with much, but are in my contacts b'coz I invited them to have a gmail account. I don't care about the content in my gmail account (nothing fancy alas), but imagine all those 200 people seeing my content. icky icky icky | ||

all this ruckus over buzz is a big joke....i clicked on buzz the day it showed up on my email and it coonected me to 20 contacts and next it was showing which of my google services (google reader, picasa etc) will be connected to my contacts...just edited them and made them unavailable to everyone and end of the day what people see are my buzz updates and comments made to it by others...thats it privacy bongu boshanam emi levu...use some common sense and there will be no problem | ||

Maverick, point is I never clicked on buzz. I never saw a window that said "click here to use buzz" or "click to here to not enroll in buzz". i could be mistaken, but I thought I didn't see anything. It's a good thing I don't use gmail for anything other than junk mail. | ||
