6 months+, $80hr, prefer US Citizen or Green Card Our direct financial services client has an immediate requirement for an SAP RMCA Analyst. Person would be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements as well as ultimate configuration of the module. Most important areas of expertise include: Stakeholder Management - someone who is able to manage expectations around timelines/deliverables with senior business people and is confident and self-assured in their communications with them. Project Management - The BA will need to manage multiple projects; manage project timelines, issues and risks and facilitate the resolution and communication of these. BA Skills - The BA needs to be able to translate business concepts to the development team and vice versa. He or she must have an ability to quickly analyze complex problems and come up with viable solutions. The BA must have strong requirements gathering, oral and writing abilities. Technical Background - The BA needs to have experience in development. Often times the BA needs to vet solutions provided by the development team and also be able to query directly against the database. Other desirable qualities - Business Intelligence/Reporting Business Objects PMP/PMI a plus Experience with off-shore development teams Experience in Finance and Sales reporting Applicant must be fluent in English and able to articulate clearly |
