Yes, that is the problem. They charge based on the itemization returns, so they try to get you more money. The more you get the more probability of audit. In case of audit, they do not provide any support and simply ignore you. Customer service is worst. At any cost avoid them. ... | ||

mav bro...i've filed tax returns thrice through ibsn..they seemed okay.....i tell them upfront not to claim too much.. and their support is also pretty good..i lost my 1040 and i needed that for my stamping....they responded in a day and sent me the tax returns file.. | ||
