already most single screens are in their lease...if producers pass the profits, it will go them not the actual owners. (may be few owners will benefit but most benefit to these guys only) | ||

theatre owners ki pedda ga voice vundadu .. its the producers who calls the shots... pavan is with them.... Sensation(About Bala):He can win in atleast half of the segments in Rayalaseema. single theaters wont survive in long term unless families come to theaters , stinky toilets ,worst parking , horrible audio quality , too much bad behavior by chillar crowd . these things r handled by mutliplexes already. movie watching in theaters is just one of the entertainment options for audience now (ott,pubs,shopping at malls etc) not the only option. | ||

Oka function hall unte Dil Raju/ mytri/ Naga Vamsi etc birthday jarapochu, pravachanalu ivochu, pedda manaishi function cheyyochu, chivariki valla taddinam kuda cheskovachu... Same with stadium.... Cinema hall is a dead investment.... except movie showing no other option....anduke 1300+ theaters close ayyi function halls or shopping malls ayyayi... Producer ki revenue theatrical, OTT, satellite, audio, branding, dubbing etc etc various streams unnayi Telugu producers must now decide wether they want single screen in that or not.... Happy ga cheppeyochu we don't want them ante ... function halls avutayi most of them in prime properties.... Pakka states annitlo malli pan India movies ki percentage istaru happy ga same Telugu producers... Main issue is most real estate people brokers other industry guys etc entered into industry....old producers whose main business is movie production etc are ok with what exhibitors are asking....main problem is with new guys only Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time. YOLO kada.... But experiences is how you bring meaning to life. Worthiness should be earned with adequate efforts. |
