even if he include echOneB etc visas its is suppose not to retroactive As a matter of fact any rules should not be retroactive. Only for the going forward application only they should apply this rule. Applicants should be knowing the out come before they start applying it. Then they can make better decision. Does it impact people already who applied I-485 and waiting? Does it impact those with I-140 approved and waiting for their turn to apply I-485? |
