I keep following US consulates thru email explain about the issue and explain that system unable to detect 14 years issue while applying drops box for whole family. So with help of customer support able to create separate profile and manage to get biometric and consular appointment in next two days. Also US consulate provide permission to me accompany my kid while all this appointments happens. At last. All is Well without any delays. |
