If you go through Regional Centers scheme it will $500k +upto $75k for laywer fee and other charges (the agents/consultants say that just $500k and few thousand dollars for fee is enough..but they will milk money from you on some or other account through the process) | ||

Depends on type of investment and the option you want to use If you are going for solo venture, your Lawyer should complete paper work (the business plans and how it meets EB5 obligations+the required capital should be deposited into a escrow account) and lawyer will file I-526 petition with USCIS. USCIS will take around 12 to 16 months to let you know if the I-526 petition has been accepted or not If it is accepted,you have to apply through form I-485 for change of status (if you are in US) and you will be granted 2 yrs conditional GC..after two years if you fulfill the terms of your EB5 Visa,you have to file I-829 Petition and you will be granted full GC Teh other option is through regional centers..It has little hassle..just search for approved regional center and pay them $500,000 +another $50 to $75 for lawyer fee +Processing fee and the will do every thing for you ..you just need provide docs and trial for all the funds .This is easier ..but your investment will be locked for many years.You may receive share of profits/losses from investment | ||
