.it says "issues related to bilateral traffic rights" There is something called bilateral route rights which dictate how many flights/seats each country can operate between them,for commercial reasons If airlines from Singapore are operating 1000 seats every days to India,then India can also fly 1000 seats capacity It may be on route to route reciprocal basis If Singapore bases airlines are flying 1 flight day to Hyd,then Indian airlines can fly 1 flight day to singapore and so with other cities But this bilateral traffic does not apply to charter flights or unscheduled flights (which indigo is operating.. sort of).. and bilateral traffic agreements may not be necessarily with all countries..some countries don't care if it weighs their favor. | ||
