In the same line all structures in the riverbed must be demolished Like gokis buildings Mantena ashram, bob gori kompa etc..... If riverbed is occupied for commercial purposes....where does the river go during flood ?? Search theses terms in google.... Buckingham canal , tsunami in Andhra Pradesh....where the canal acted as buffer and didn’t let tsunami waters to come inland and destroy the shoreline and its activity. Uttarakhand , kedarnath floods...where occupation of riverbed caused a flash flood killing 1000s... Same is happened in Europe.....but they realized the importance of the riverine systems and implemented a project called room for the rivers.....instead of the lined channel, more natural ecosystem is created to mitigate the floods... Capacity vundi, laziness, and uninspired life is a waste of time. YOLO kada.... But experiences is how you bring meaning to life. Worthiness should be earned with adequate efforts. |
