conversation between a white dood in mid 30s and gym trainer this morning.
white dood :- my Knee hurts if i run above 9.5 mph, it doesnt hurt if i run at 8 or 8.5 or 9 . as soon as i hit 9.5 and above it starts hurting

trainer:- try to stay below 9.5 then and see doctor if it gets worse

me standing there and thinking "your knee is hurting because you are getting old dood. slow down and stop showing off "
