i140 (Immigration Visa aka i140.. Telugulo pachha patram) is not a Singleton class. You can have both(or more) classes of EB petition . Thus, keep the EB2 petition and file the new petition in EB3, you will get best of both. BTW, many folks doesnt know that if there is an EB2 petition approved in place, once the EB3 dates become current, there is a way to file the 485 under EB3 even though there is no existing EB3 petition for that person :-) its tricky but can be done. (this is not true the other way around. EB3 pending and EB2 gets current). | ||
