200 borewell rigs ante .... You are building a large scale industry.... scale is almost equivalent to APSRTC... They are not ready made....it takes at least 4 to 5 yrs to deliver.... Purchase order will be around 700 crores ..... Maintenance: calculate yourself Spares are costly.... Need skilled labor in large scale... Ultimate thing govt may run it for free. Generating loss.
